How can I track my order?

We'll provide a tracking numbers in your Shipping Confirmation email.  Just use that number and follow the instructions in your email. 

How can I contact you? 

Just email us back using the confirmation email.  We'll be back to you in 24 hours.  

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Your order will be processed within 5 days.  It will take between 10 and 20 days after that to receive your items.

We appreciate your patience.  Many of our items are high demand items and we offer best pricing and free shipping--so we often need that time to complete you order.  

Changes to your order: 

If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Policy: 
    - You must contact us withing 24 hours.
    - We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

What if my item arrives damaged? 

In the unlikely event that your items is damaged, please reach out with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
